Teacup of the week: A steady pace

A 94-year-old relative was in hospital recently after having had a pacemaker fitted. Young Seven-Year-Old was sitting quietly reading a pamphlet about the pacemaker. Suddenly she stood up and said, “Good news. The battery will last 10 years and that will make you 104, and then we can fit a new one and you’ll live to 114!” A lovely thought.
