My granddaughter (7) and I were playing “I spy” and it was my turn to guess something beginning with “r”. Having exhausted all my ideas, I asked for a clue. “The second letter is ‘i’,” was her reply. Still not having the right answer, I reminded her that she must be able to see the “word”. “Yes Nana, I’m looking at them and the next clue is ‘n’.” Finally I gave up, and with delight at winning she said, “wrinkles!” The truthfulness of children!
