With an incredible number of yoghurt varieties jostling for space at the my local supermarket, I am never quite sure which to choose. Can you please explain to me the difference between natural and Greek yoghurt?
When the Greeks make their yoghurt, they actually strain it (typically through a muslin cloth), and this process leaves a much more concentrated, creamy, calcium-rich product. Needless to say, it has more calories than your ordinary yoghurt, but when used in moderation it’s fine and also extremely healthy. Try combining with honey and walnuts, or add some fresh or frozen berries and a sprinkle of coconut.
