**Do you have any ideas for cooking cauliflower? My family is tired of cauliflower cheese, but it’s cheaper than other vegetables, and we’re watching our pennies!

Cauliflower is a classic vegetable and is generally underrated. My first suggestion is cook and mash to a fine puree, then add butter and grated cheese to taste.
Cauliflower rice is also tasty. Whiz the cauliflower in a food processor, then cook with a tablespoon of water and microwave until tender, stirring in butter, fresh chopped herbs, a dash of lemon juice, salt and pepper.
