Play with your dog (30 mins)
No we don’t mean just standing there lobbing the ball. Chase after your dog, play with him, throw and run to retrieve the ball.
Sit on an exercise ball (1 hour)
Sitting for long periods of time can lead to back and neck pain, but an exercise ball in your chair’s place can help engage your core and help you burn up to 100 calories an hour.
Go for a bike ride (15 mins)
A cycle in nature is good for the body and soul. It’s a great way to burn calories fast, and also an excuse to get outside and breathe in some fresh air.
Try out a new hairstyle (30 mins)
