What you need: 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp sweet almond oil
What to do: Blend tumeric with enough oil to make a smooth paste. Lie back and close your eyes. oassage the paste into your temples and third-eye area (between your eyebrows), which are powerful marma points (energy junctions along your body). Relax for five minutes, breathing slowly. Imagine the pain being wiped away as you remove the paste with a cotton bud soaked in almond oil.
It’s best to try this treastment just before you go to bed as turmeric can sometimes stain the skin slightly – not a good look before a big night out!
