Shape up your butt

This is an old favourite that really works to trim your bottom – and you can do it watching TV! Sit on the floor with your legs stretched out in front of you, feet pointed. Keep your back straight and your buttock muscles pulled in beneath you, so you feel you’re sitting a few centimetres higher. Now, start walking across the room on your buttocks – eight steps forward, eight back, keeping your feet pointed and your arms out in front.
