Ditch multi-tasking

You may be proud that you always get so much done, but nevertheless feel inexplicably unfocused, panicky and tired. We are human beings, not human doings! Women often pride themselves on being able to do many things simultaneously, but suffer as a result. So be mindful – this means doing one thing at a time and savouring the moment, enjoying the task and gaining a sense of achievement of a job well done afterwards.
