What is The Better Sister about?
In the eight-episode thriller, viewers are taken on a rollercoaster through the traumatic events that drove estranged sisters Chloe Taylor (Jessica Biel) and Nicky Macintosh (Elizabeth Banks) apart, but also bring them back together.
Nicky and Chloe are two sides of the same coin. A high-profile executive with a picture-perfect life, Chloe moves in New York’s most elite circles with her lawyer husband, Adam and teenage son, Ethan.
Meanwhile, Nicky struggles to make ends meet and stay clean. To complicate matters further, Nicky is Adam’s ex-partner and Ethan’s biological mother.
After the estranged sisters unite following Adam’s brutal murder, the prime suspect threatens to derail and destroy the entire family, and the truth is finally revealed.
