The babies of 2024

The Office star Mindy, 45, hasn’t waited for the right man to come along. The actor welcomed her third child – a daughter called Anne – in February, and like her two older kids, Katherine, six, and Spencer, four, she has not revealed her baby’s paternity.

“I’m so lucky I live in a place where I could do this by myself, on my own timeline.”

And baby makes five! Singer/actor Mandy, 40, and her musician husband Taylor, 39, welcomed their third baby – a daughter called Louise – in September. The pair already have sons Gus, three, and Ozzie, two. “She is our absolute dream girl and her big brothers are already as obsessed with her as we are,” shared This Is Us star Mandy.

Kiwi TV personality Hayley, 44, and her partner Josh, 34, were over the moon in May this year when their second son, Kingston Kawenata, was born – a little brother for Raven, two. The pair were devastated in 2020 when their first child, a baby boy called Frankie, was stillborn. “Because of my age, I was pretty sure we would just have Raven,” says Hayley. “So for this to happen feels really special and amazing. I feel incredibly blessed.”

TV presenter Erin, 42, and Surf Life Saving Northern Region general manager and 2017’s The Bachelor NZ star Zac, 35, had almost given up on the idea of being able to have a second baby when Erin fell pregnant earlier this year.

She was due to have a Halloween baby, but unexpectedly went into labour early – appropriately on Labour Day, September 2 – giving birth to a baby boy, whom they’ve named Harley Jack. He’s a little brother to the couple’s first son, Harrison, two.

Singer Justin, 30, and Hailey, 28, kept mum about their first child until he was almost here. “I didn’t have a belly, really, until I was six months’ pregnant,” says Hailey.

Justin shared the arrival in August, writing, “Welcome home Jack Blues Bieber” under a photo of the little one’s foot.

Sienna rang in 2024 by giving birth to her second child. The actor, 42, and partner Oli, 27, welcomed a baby girl – a sister to Sienna’s daughter Marlowe, 12, with ex Tom Sturridge, 38. “I’m in heaven,” says Sienna, who has yet to reveal her baby’s name.

Barbie star Margot and her film producer husband Tom, both 34, welcomed their first child – a baby boy – on October 17. The pair have so far kept quiet about their offspring’s name, but an insider says the couple are tickled pink (or is that blue?) to be parents at last.

Suki, 32, and her partner, Twilight star Robert, 38, welcomed their baby girl in March but have yet to share her name. The British actor, however, is proud to say of Robert, “Diaper changing… he really excels at that and enjoys it. He thinks it’s fun.”

Foo Fighters frontman Dave, 55, said he’d fathered a baby girl outside of his marriage in September, saying, “I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children. I’m doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness.” Dave, 55, has been married to actress Jordyn Blum, 48, for 21 years. They have three children together, aged between 10 and 18.

They’re not big on publicity, but Cameron, 52, and hubby Benji, 45, couldn’t resist sharing the arrival of their second child in March. The pair welcomed their daughter Raddix in 2019. They recently told fans, “We feel blessed and excited to announce the birth of our son Cardinal.”
