for herself and others – which I find incredibly inspiring.”
“I have so much respect for Mum,” says Madeline. “She laid the foundations I live by. She taught me to work hard, be kind, and have empathy. And if I’m ever unsure or underconfident, she tells me to put my shoulders back and fake it until I believe it!” After years of open conversation and care, their connection is unshakeable.
“We genuinely look after ourselves and each other – inside and out,” says Marilynn. “Feeling good at any age starts with looking after yourself, and that’s something we both truly believe in. Every time we leave the house, I say, ‘Bye bye, love you. Live your best life!’ At the end of the day, that’s all I want – for Madeline to be the diamond she is.”
