- You’ll get your new straightener along with a return postal bag and a flyer.
- Scan the QR code on the flyer to go to the website. Enter your order number, choose the ‘Trade-In’ option, and create your free return label.
- Put your old hair straightener and the flyer in the bag, then attach the prepaid label.
