I usually curl my hair with an old-school ghd straightener which produces tighter curls, but I wanted to try the ghd Chronos Curve Grand Tong for everyday curls that were more voluminous and relaxed.

To prep my hair, I washed and blow-dried it straight the night before to create a smooth canvas for curling. Before blow-drying, I ran hair oil through my strands to help with frizz and add shine to the final look. And, of course, I never skip heat protectant!
