The next generation! Meet Kate Moss' little sister, Lottie

You wouldn’t know it from her Instagram account, which details the everyday activities of a teenager from shameless selfies to watching episodes of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, but Lottie Moss is set to take the fashion world by storm.

Introducing Kate Moss’ 17-year-old half-sister, who this week made her stunning debut in American Vogue in a dreamy editorial alongside Bella Hadid and Kylie Jenner.

Under the headline Little Sisters Kylie Jenner, Bella Hadid, and Lottie Moss Are Stars in the Making, the trio spoke candidly about stepping out of their famous families shadows and chasing their dreams.

It’s hard not to notice the similarities between Lottie and Kate, 41. With her delicate features, blonde locks and quintessential British coolness the high school student is already signed to Storm Model Management and has worked for the likes of Teen Vogue, Dazed and Confused (whose publisher Jefferson Hack is Kate’s daughter Lila Grace’s father) plus Calvin Klein – a brand Kate has had a long-standing affiliation with.

And in March this year she walked her first show at Paris Fashion Week for Sonia Rykiel. No doubt the first of many to come.

“Well, it [modelling] kind of runs in the family. Kate was a massive part of why I started,” she explained to Teen Vogue.

She’s also inherited Kate’s slight dimensions, at 5’5 she’s considered to be on the shorter spectrum for a model but her big sis, who is 5’6, has luckily paved the way for a whole new generation of shorter-limbed ladies.

Their father, Peter Moss, divorced Kate’s mum Linda in 1987 before remarrying wife Inger and welcoming Lottie in 1998. Although Kate was 24 when she was born, the pair share a close bond and often attend events together.

For now, Lottie plans to finish school in Sussex and eventually move to London to focus on her career.

Following in fashionable footsteps! In March this year Lottie walked her first runway at Paris Fashion Week for Sonia Rykiel (R) and it was hard not to notice the resemblance to her big sister, pictured at the Calvin Klein show in 1995 (L).

Back in 2011 Lottie was a cheeky flower girl at Kate’s wedding.

Pals in all the right places! In February 2014, the teenager rubbed shoulders with Vogue Editor in Chief Anna Wintour and Topshop CEO Sir Philip Green at the Topshop Unique show.

Last year she attended the Victoria’s Secret Runway show with a friend in London. Lottie often posts photos of VS models on social media so perhaps one day she’ll get her on angel wings?

Kate and her mini-me sibling share the same father Peter, who divorced Kate’s mum Linda in 1987 before remarrying Lottie’s mum Inger. There may be a 24-year age gap between the pair but they share a close bond.

“Amfar 2015 with the sister @rosacha #mossisboss #sisterlove.” Kate’s baby sister is clearly her biggest fan as she regularly shares snaps of her on Instagram.

Her sister might be one of the world’s most famous supermodels but that doesn’t mean she can’t get starstruck when she bumps into Jamie Laing from Made In Chelsea.
