My beauty philosophy is… beauty is only skin deep.
The skincare products I can’t live without are… Olay Regenerist Micro-sculpting Cream and taking flaxseed oil in a protein shake for hair, skin and nails. Plus Venus & Olay moisturising razors, a two-in-one must-have for busy mums.
My haircare secret is… limiting the use of the straightening irons and Pantene 3-Minute Miracle.
The must-have products in my make-up bag are… Napoleon Perdis Sheer Genius Foundation, EstÉe Lauder Sumptuous Extreme Mascara, EstÉe Lauder Stay Blush Double wear Lipstick (it stays on for hours). A good red lipstick is a wonderful way to give yourself a pick-me-up if you’re feeling a bit flat. It gives you a groomed, polished look and only takes a few seconds. I also like MAC Lady Bug, but hide it if you have a daughter under 10!
My favourite beauty treat is… sleep.
My biggest beauty sin is… not drinking enough water.
The best thing my mother taught me about beauty was… keep your face, neck and décolletage out of the sun. And you are what you eat.
