Breakfast co-presenter Hayley Holt has won the coveted people’s choice award at the New Zealand Television Awards – Woman’s Day Television Personality of the Year.

Newshub’s Mike McRoberts was named Best Presenter: News & Current Affairs for the second year in a row and the irrepressible Anika Moa won Best Presenter: Entertainment, for her show Anika Moa: Unleashed.

Westside won the NZ On Air Best Drama Series award and series lead Antonia Prebble took out the Huawei Mate20 Best Actress award.

Jono & Ben won Best Comedy/Comedy Entertainment Programme, going out on a high after news of the cancellation of the show last month.
