Prince Harry’s emotional moment with injured veteran

Proving he really is the "People's Prince", Harry shares a tearful hug with a fellow veteran.

An emotional Prince Harry was there to welcome five wounded armed forces veterans at the end of their staggering 1000-mile journey around Britain.

But this hug was reserved for 24-year-old Kirstie Ennis, severely injured in 2012, who gave Harry a dogtag that had belonged to a fellow Marine killed in action.

“No, I can’t, I can’t accept this,” a clearly moved Harry told Kirstie.

“Please, you know what this means to me,” Kirstie replied.

The pair, both in tears, then hugged at the finish line. Harry, having completed two tours of Afghanistan himself, has been a vocal supporter of veterans around the world.
