Watch Michelle Obama rap for a good cause

The First Lady has serious skills.

Michelle Obama has rapped on a video aimed at encouraging American teens to apply for college.

The video, created by College Humor and SNL comedian known for his Barack Obama impersonations Jay Pharoah, was filmed at the White House, and features Michelle rapping the lines, “South Side Chicago, we all know/We had to do overtime every night to make it to tomorrow.

“And everyone could really make their dream come true/Hey kid listening in Michigan, this could be you!”

The music video is a collaboration supporting the First Lady’s Better Make Room campaigned, aimed at supporting higher education.

And although daughters Malia and Natasha may cringe a little when they watch their mum give Drake a run for his money, we think Michelle is a total boss!
