Jordan Mauger bares all in raunchy Instagram post

He’s no stranger to controversy, but the former Bachelor’s latest social media post has everyone talking yet again.

Jordan Mauger’s latest Instagram photo is giving fans a whole new look at the former star of The Bachelor New Zealand.

In a stripped-back post celebrating Cinco de Mayo, the reality star can be seen sprawled on a rug wearing nothing but a sombrero, holding a sugar skull in one hand and an image of two wrestlers in the other.

“Hola Cinco de Mayo,” he captioned the snap, adding the hashtags #feista and #muchogusto.

The tongue-in-cheek photo has already garnered plenty of appreciative comments from Jordan’s Instagram followers, although others seem to be mystified by the image, with messages ranging from “great ass” to “oh my god my eyes”.

Of course, Jordan’s no stranger to courting controversy. After a headline-grabbing season as the Bachelor, the assistant film director found himself in hot water again last month when he revealed he flipped a coin to help him choose his final pick out of the remaining two Bachelorettes, Fleur Verhoeven and Nazanin Khanjani.

“The first helicopter was waiting and they [the producers] said, ‘who are they putting in it?’, so I flipped a coin,” he told The Spinoff, saying he was “strongly encouraged” to choose one or the other of the final two Bachelorettes remaining.

Jordan eventually chose Fleur Verhoeven as his final Bachelorette. The couple split days after the finale went to air.

Jordan’s candid comments earned him no favours with Fleur’s long-time love Richard Wood, who began dating the blonde beauty shortly after she appeared on the reality show.

“I would suggest to Mauger, that he move on with his life and put his bitterness to rest. The rest of the contestants from whom I’ve met, have done, are living positive lives and are fantastic to be around,” Richard wrote in an open letter addressed to Jordan.

“Also stop and think occasionally how self-centered [sic] strategies may affect others that deserve a little more respect.”
