TVNZ has confirmed the departure of current presenters Rawdon Christie and Nadine Chalmers-Ross from Breakfast, as they are replaced by Jack Tame and Hilary Barry.
Head of News and Current Affairs at the network, John Gillespie, thanked Rawdon and Nadine for their “contribution to the show.”
“There’s been a lot of attention focused on Breakfast over recent weeks and throughout it all they have been consummate professionals,” he said of the pair.
Christine and Chamlers-Ross will both finish up on Breakfast in mid-September, and they will be replaced by Tame and Barry on the 19th.

The team with be completed with Daniel Faitaua as news presenter and Sam Wallace on weather.
“Hilary, Jack, Daniel and Sam have an extraordinary mix of broadcasting experience and journalistic credibility,” Gillespie said.
Hilary said goodbye to TV3 in May after an incredible 23 years with the company.
