Director Steven Spielberg has opened up about his struggle with dyslexia.
The ET director was diagnosed only five years ago and says that film-making helped him conquer his learning disability.
“I never felt like a victim. Movies really helped me… kind of saved me from shame, from guilt. Making movies was my great escape,” he told learning disability website Friends of Quinn.

“When I felt like an outsider, movies made me feel inside my own skill set”, the Oscar-winner added.
Other famous people to suffer the disorder include Albert Einstein, Cher, Walt Disney, Leonardo da Vinci and Tom Cruise.
