Stars want to save Britney

Several celebrities have offered to assist fallen pop princess Britney Spears.

Sir Elton John has begged her to hide away at his house to escape media attention.

A pal tells, “Elton’s been watching Britney spiralling out of control over the past few years. He’s decided enough is enough and reckons he has plenty of experience in the business to help her.

“He feels so sorry for her because she had fame at such a young age and hasn’t handled it well.”

Elton’s pal Victoria Beckham has also offered a helping hand and has set up a meeting through a mutual friend, choreographer Adam Shankman, so she can give advice.

Another generous celeb is ‘N Sync singer Joey Fatone, who has asked Britney to stay at his Florida home while she battles her demons.

The singer, who toured with Britney at the height of her fame, says, “Poor girl she needs some help. Come over to my house and my wife’ll whip her into shape. Come back to orlando and take a break for a while from LA and stuff.”

And insiders say Britney may be considering this final offer. She’s been heard moaning, “I hate Los Angeles. I’m so sick of this town.”

However, she must stay in California to keep custody of her two sons.
