Paris Hilton could serve a jail sentence for driving with a suspended licence. The socialite – who received fines and a court order to attend an alcohol programme after pleading guilty to drunk driving in September – got in trouble again only days ago after being arrested for speeding in her 2007 Bentley convertible. When the police discovered she was driving on a suspended licence, Paris was informed she could be facing time behind bars. The 12-cylinder, 550-horsepower car, which retails for nearly $270,000, could be held for up to 30 days. A date is yet to be set for her court appearance. [1 March 2007]
