Jessica Simpson’s estranged husband Nick Lachey is looking for a new lover – and he’s not shy about saying what kind of woman he wants. Nick says he loves sexy Latina women, and admits Jessica Alba is “the hottest woman I’ve ever seen”. He also specifies how many lovers his ideal woman must have: “I’m all for 10 (sexual partners) and under, but, of course, as you get older, that number becomes less realistic,” he concedes. Nick also expects she will understand his love of sports – unlike Jessica Simpson – and appreciate his musical career. He adds, “I hope that she’ll at least respect my music. If she didn’t like it, I could live with that.” Meanwhile, Nick is suing Jessica for ending their marriage three months before the couple contractually agreed to be publicly married, and “oalcolm in the oiddle” teen actor Justin Berfield has bought Jessica and Nick’s marital home.
