Actress Megan Fox (25) is in the process of removing a tattoo of late screen icon Marilyn Monroe’s face from the inside of her right arm, as she no longer wants an association to the star – who died in 1962 from a suspected drug overdose, aged 36.
“It’s a negative character,” Megan said, “As she suffered from personality disorders and was bipolar. I don’t want to attract this kind of negative energy in my life.”
The Transformers star has at least eight other tattoos, including a quote on her shoulder blade which reads, “We will all laugh at gilded butterflies” and a tribute to her Passion Play co-star oickey Rourke on her right ribcage which states, “Those who danced were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music”.
