For so long, it’s been Kylie who was the star of the Minogue family, with a musical career that’s made her a worldwide star. Yet now the ‘All the Lovers’ singer has confessed she’s jealous of her younger sister Dannii – because she’s having a baby!
Kylie says, “It’s one thing my brother having children, but when it’s your little sister, it’s different. I guess it’s because we’re sisters – she’s a woman and she’s carrying a child. It really hit home to me when I saw her before she left [for Australia] and I was able to feel the baby kick.”
Kylie, who is shacked up with toyboy model Andrés Velencoso, is desperate to become a mother, however, her age (42) and history of cancer may make things difficult. She admits, “I’d love to have a baby but it’s very hard. If you’re sure that’s not the path you want to go down, that’s okay. But if there’s an element of doubt, you can’t help but question it. It’s not fun.”
