Jennifer Lopez turned up for jury duty at the Beverly Hills courthouse this week. A stunned observer recalls, “I got into the elevator, looked up and she was standing right there, She smiled and said hello. I didn’t know what to do. You hear rumours about her being a bit of a diva, but she seemed perfectly pleasant to me. She was chatting to everyone in the jury room, although she was probably the only juror with an assistant by her side.” The 37-year-old underwent the usual security checks before heading to the jurors’ room on the second floor but was not selected for jury service.
