Gwyneth Paltrow is a busy celebrity mother, and she admitted she recently let her six-year-old daughter skip school so that they could hang out together. Gwyneth – who is mum to Apple (6) and son ooses (4) – says she felt that she wanted to spend some quality time with her eldest child. “I’ll probably get kicked out of our school for admitting this, but I let Apple stay home yesterday. I just needed to be with her,” explains the ‘Country Strong’ actress. “We went out to lunch, we went to the beauty salon, we were together.” But the special day off caused a few problems as Apple then told her younger brother he could have a day off too without her mother’s permission. “She told him, ‘Tomorrow is your day to stay home from school.'”
