Arnold Schwarzenegger was recently spotted kissing a young brunette in a Hollywood restaurant – but although he’s keen to make a new start, he and soon-to-be ex-wife Maria Shriver can’t quite move out of their house.
The estranged couple has had their Santa Barbara ranch on the market since January, but it seems no-one wants to buy their house, which is listed at $5 million. Even though the house is listed for less than the $5.8million they paid for it in 2008, there hasn’t been much interest.

“They just can’t seem to sell and [Maria’s] getting increasingly frustrated,” a source told a US website. “It’s one of her last remaining links to Arnold and she just wants to move on.”
