Mana Island Resort in Fiji was the perfect setting for their wedding – Rachel loved being surrounded by the ocean and fresh sea air.
Choosing a highlight of her wedding day is impossible for the young mum, who says that being able to say “I do” in front of her loved ones made the whole day one big highlight.
Since organising her own overseas wedding, she has set up a service via Facebook to help others be able to do the same.
