Now, the star is reportedly set on getting one more procedure to tackle an area she’s always been unhappy with: her voice.

The National Enquirer reports that Caitlyn is planning to get vocal cord surgery as soon as she wraps filming on I Am Cait, but the complicated procedure isn’t without its side effects. Patients risk losing their voice altogether if the operation doesn’t go as planned, but Caitlyn reportedly has her heart set on getting the surgery.

The star has opened up about issues with her voice before, most notably in a blog post detailing her experience at the 2015 ESPYs, where she accepted the Arthur Ashe Courage Award.

“While I felt I looked great and that the gown looked fabulous, I still have a voice issue. It’s not quite right compared to my feminine appearance,” Caitlyn wrote at the time.

“That bothers me a little bit. However, I hope that people don’t listen to the pitch of my voice, but listen to what I have to say. That’s important to me.”
