The royal trio arrived on the red carpet in a Bentley, before being greeted by Bond producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael Wilson and Spectre director Sam Mendes, who also helmed the 2012 Bond outing Skyfall.

William and Harry looked equally dashing in their classic tuxedos, while Kate looked as elegant as ever in a grey-blue gown from one of her favourite designers, Jenny Packham. The Duchess accessorised her look with dazzling drop earrings and a matching clutch, looking right at home on the red carpet.

Charity organisation the Cinema and Television Benevolent Fund (CTBF) chose Spectre as this year’s Royal Film Performance, and William, Kate and Harry were there to represent the royal family at the event.

This is the third time a James Bond film has been selected by the CTBF, with the Queen herself attending the Royal Film Performance in 2006 for the release of Casino Royale.
