The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visit Cornwall

The royal duo had a fun day out as they kicked off their trip to Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly

Pouring a pint, strolling the beach and mingling with the locals were all part of the agenda for Duchess Catherine and Prince William as they kicked off their tour of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

The royal duo shared more than a few laughs as they undertook an action-packed itinerary, which saw Duchess Kate pouring a pint at popular local spot Healey’s Cyder Farm.

Later, the couple visited Zeb’s Youth Centre, a drop-in facility designed to support children’s mental health, and met with children who were part of The Wave Project, a local initiative that aims to improve confidence and reduce anxiety through surf lessons.

The pair finished their busy day off with a visit to Newquay’s Towan beach, where they met with children from the Wave Project.

The initiative aims to help improve confidence and reduce anxiety through surfing.
