And when you’re a big-time celeb, and awards season is in full-swing, the chances of that happening are red hot!

Check out the twinning celebs below and decide who wore it better for yourself.

Two women wearing elegant dresses: one in red with a clutch, the other in blue with a purse, both posing indoors.

Mandy Moore took inspiration from Duchess Catherine’s wardrobe during her 2016 Royal Tour of Canada at a press event for This is Us – the hit show she stars in. Ironically it was Mandy who went for the royal blue option of the $1,675 Press gown, styling it with silver heels and loose waves. The two prove that “who wore it best” isn’t really a question you need to ask when the answer is obviously both.

Stepping out for different royal engagements, Duchess Camilla and Duchess Catherine opted for emerald green lace ensembles. The near-identical frocks looked stunning on both of the royals.

Camilla stepped out in her fetching number for the launch of the Panama Wildlife Conservation Charity, held at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London while Kate wore the Temperley London frock when she attended a gala at the National Portrait Gallery in the British capital.

Jennifer Aniston looked stunning at the Vanity Fair Oscars after party, but turns out Jennifer Lopez actually wore the slinky Versace dress back in August 2016. We think both women looked amazing!

When Beyoncé won her two Grammy awards earlier this year, she chose a figure-hugging, red sequin dress for the occasion. Ciara chose a similar silhouette (and colour!) for the Oscars after party, and who can blame her? This style is clearly a winner.

Jennifer Lopez wore this lavender gown to the 2017 Grammys, and the pastel colour might have been the inspiration for actress Olivia Hamilton’s gown at the 2017 Oscars..

What an iconic moment! Both Geri Halliwell and Jennifer Lopez got tongues wagging and heads turning in this infamous Versace gown that doesn’t leave anything to the imagination! While J Lo is most often associated with the daring dress, which she wore at the 2000 Grammy Awards, Geri actually beat her to the punch by wearing it one month earlier at the NRJ Music Awards in France.

Kim Kardashian and Chrissy Teigen are the best of pals, so perhaps new mother-of-two Kim has been lending her maternity clothes to the Sports Illustrated stunner, who is sported this ensemble while pregnant with her baby girl Luna.

This chic Lanvin dress would look good on anyone, but we reckon both Emma Stone and British popstar Paloma Faith pull it off like red carpet veterans.

From runway to walkway! Cara Delevingne looked fierce in this pink cut-out Chanel number on the catwalk, while Kim Kardashian managed to give it a practical parenting spin.

While Beyoncé looked gorge in a shorter version of this Tom Ford second-skin gown, Naomi Campbell turned heads in her floor length style.

Two women wearing teal trench coats, one with a black hat and glasses, the other with dark hair and earrings, carrying handbags.

Repeat offenders! This two-tone Burberry coat, that costs about four grand, is stunning and we think both Amal Clooney and Naomi Campbell pull it off with ease.
