Rapper Azealia Banks has accused actor Russell Crowe of assaulting her at a party he was hosting in Los Angeles.

The actor however, claims that Azealia was behaving ‘erratically’ and threatened his guests, so he was forced to physically remove her from the party.

TMZ reported that Russell had hosted a small dinner party in his Beverly Hills Hotel room in LA on Friday night.

One of his guests was rapper RZA, who is said to have brought Azealia as his plus one. At the party, Azealia reportedly criticised Russell’s music selection, called him and another guest “boring white men” and threatened other guests.

“You would love it if I broke my glass, stabbed you guys in the throat and blood would squirt everywhere like some real Tarantino s—,” she is alleged to have said.

The rapper is then said to have used racial slurs, and reached for her glass in a motion to throw it, which is when Russell physically carried her out of the room.
