Kiwi broadcasting legend Mike McRoberts and partner Heidi Ettema have wed in a ‘stunning’ Auckland wedding this month.
The pair revealed their engagement to Woman’s Day in 2022 with Mike revealing.
“You only have one life, so to have stumbled upon this relationship with Heidi at this stage feels so fortunate. As soon as we got engaged, I had this wonderful feeling of completeness. We’re solidifying what we have and making a very special commitment to each other.”
A sneak peek into the loved-up couple’s special day has been shared in a series of beautiful photos.
Event planner Belo Productions shared some snaps of the day on Instagram taken by photography Hannah Baker. Saying “it was a dream to work with Mike and Heidi on their wedding day.”
The ceremony and reception took place at The Glasshouse in Morningside in what was a last minute move after the couple’s original venue was cut off due to the Auckland floods.
“Last minute venue changes, new seating plans and room designs thrown in … but it worked out perfectly – a stunning day full of love and laughter.”
Heidi wore a beautiful lace gown from Rish Bridal while Mike was dressed to the nines in a Crane Brothers suit.
