Morgan Carey, Mariah’s older brother, has gone public with tales of the diva’s alleged failure to help out their HIV-positive sister Alison.
The 51-year-old revealed that Alison, a former prostitute and mother of four, would be undergoing brain and spine surgery after surviving a near-death experience in Hawaii last year.
According to Morgan, Mariah has made no attempt to reach out and has yet to visit Alison in the hospital.
“Your sister is dying and she’s struggling and where are you?” Morgan told The Sun on Sunday, addressing Mariah directly.
“You think you are so fabulous, but you are a witch.
“She probably spends more on dog food than it would cost to make sure her sister gets properly cared for.”

Mariah’s recent engagement to Australian billionaire James Packer was another sore subject for Morgan, who wondered why the pair couldn’t use some of their joint wealth to help out with Alison’s care.
The Carey siblings have had a tense relationship over the past few years, with Mariah reportedly cutting Alison out of her life and refusing to even have her name mentioned in her presence.
The conflict stems from Alison’s attempt to publish a tell-all book about her famous sister back in 2000, after she was diagnosed as being HIV-positive. While the book never made it to shelves, Alison did sell some explosive secrets to the National Enquirer – and according to her, the sisters haven’t spoken since 2010.
“I don’t want Mariah to think I only want her for her money, like everyone else does,” she told Star magazine in 2010.
“I want her to love me again. I want her to just be my sister again.”

Mariah and Alison – who is HIV-positive – have a strained relationship.
Morgan has also spoken out about the ‘Fantasy’ singer in the press, claiming Mariah was an alcoholic and had a problem with prescription pills.
“I can’t say that I have ever been around her when she was sober, and that’s very scary,” he told the National Enquirer last year.
He went on to say he feared she would “die like Whitney Houston” from her addictions.
“She does not have a support system, and she is not mentally capable,” he said at the time.
Mariah, who recently signed on to do a reality show for E!, became engaged to billionaire James in January. The singer accepted a whopping 35-carat diamond ring from the Australian businessman, who went down on one knee during a date in Mariah’s New York hometown.

Mariah and James had been dating for less than a year when the Aussie billionaire popped the question.
The famous couple had been dating for less than a year when James popped the question, but it’s clear Mariah is head over heels for her wealthy beau.
“I’m feeling fantastic, better than ever. He’s an exceptional person and really … it gets more romantic by the day, so it’s very sweet,” she told E! shortly after the news broke.
This will be Mariah’s third marriage and James’ second. Mariah has two children, four-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan from her marriage to Nick Cannon, while James has seven-year-old Indigo, six-year-old Jackson and three-year-old Emmanuelle with ex-wife Erica Baxter.
