Coronation Street actress Kym Marsh has admitted she has been visited by her dead son’s ghost, who passed away in 2009 after being born 18 weeks early.
Baby Archie was born on 11 February 2009, but at over four months premature he died moments later.
He has never been forgotten by Kym or the rest of her brood – all of whom light candles and release balloons on the anniversary of his birth each year.
And Kym, who has three other children, has now revealed she has had paranormal encounters with her deceased son, as she told panellists on Britain’s Loose Women.
Kym explained how after coming home late from work last year, on the anniversary of Archie’s birth, she and two of her children heard jumping coming from her young daughter Polly’s bedroom.

But upon entering Polly’s room, the 40-year-old reported she was still asleep, with the jumping sound still unaccounted for.
“So we all go up again and she’s [Polly’s] still asleep, we come down and the next thing we hear a child crying,” Kym explains.
“And it was NOT Polly, it was not Polly’s cry. You know your own child’s cry don’t you, and it wasn’t Polly.”
The Coro actress admitted her and her kids were “freaked out” by the incident – even more so when they realised the crying happened at Archie’s exact birth minute.
“It did give us comfort, we were all a bit like this is Archie, he’s come to say hello and tell us he’s OK.”
Kym is best known for playing Michelle Connor in Britain’s Coronation Street, but also had a successful career as a pop star previous to this.
