An American tabloid reporter has been arrested for gatecrashing a birthday party for Angelina Jolie’s son, Maddox, held at Brad Pitt’s Santa Barbara home. A People magazine editor insists their reporter “inadvertently trespassed on the beach. He regrets it”. But Pitt’s publicist said: “It’s too bad that the media can’t respect people’s privacy. If the media continue to trespass on private property, they will be arrested. This is getting out of control.” The 23-year-old journalist will face court next month.
