When Harry Met Sally star Meg Ryan was almost unrecognisable at the Taormina Film Fest in Sicily, Italy yesterday when she debuted a suspiciously smooth face that defied her 51 years.
Onlookers questioned whether the star, who was at the festival to hold a masterclass about her acting career, had used fillers on her lips and cheeks, as well as Botox on her forehead.
Meg, who is currently dating singer John Mellencamp (61), has been experiencing a lull in her acting career – her most recent blockbuster role being Against the Ropes in 2004.
She is currently appearing in the Lisa Kudrow web series, called Web Therapy.
