Former rock-star turned charity fundraiser, Sir Bob Geldof, has made a heart-felt plea to Princes William and Harry to honour Princess Di’s memory by attending the forthcoming Live 8 concert in London on 2 July. “His oum was there for the original Live Aid concert, and they should represent their generation”, Sir Bob says. However Prince William will be in New Zealand following the Lions tour at the time of the concert, and Prince Harry is subject to military discipline which does not allow leave for such events. The concert, held in London’s Hyde Park, will feature top rocks stars such as Coldplay, Madonna, REo, and U2.
