Pregnant reality star Kim Kardashian and her legal team have listed her mother and manager Kris Jenner as a witness in Kim’s upcoming divorce case.
According to documents obtained by television network E! News, matriarch Kris and Kim’s estranged husband Kris Humphries are two of six witnesses who will take the stand in the case that begins on May 6. Kim filed for divorce from the basketball star in October 2011 after only 72 days of marriage.
Kris Humphries is trying to get the marriage annulled based on claims that Kim committed fraud, marrying him for her financial gain. Kim’s lawyers will argue that the star “did not defraud [Humphries] into marrying her” and Kim, whose baby is said to be due in July, will have to testify while heavily pregnant.
