Fashion Police star Kelly Osbourne and her boyfriend Matthew Mosshart are engaged.
Although she doesn’t have a ring, sources close to the star revealed to Us Weekly that Matthew, a vegan baker, popped the question a few weeks before Christmas.
“Kelly is the happiest she’s ever been,” a friend told the magazine. “Her career is going well, and she’s in a healthy relationship with a wonderful guy.” The source reveals that Matt couldn’t afford a ring so proposed without one. “She’s been keeping it a secret until she gets a ring. But they’re really excited about it.”
The couple met at Kate Moss and Jamie Hince’s wedding in July 2011.
