Reality TV star Katie Price doesn’t have one night stands because she doesn’t want to be seen as a “dirt bag”.
“I’m not into doing the one night thing. It’s like, how long do you leave it before you do it? I always think if you are going to give it to them straight away, then they think you’re a dirt bag, and I’m not a dirt bag, even though I want to jump into bed with them,” she says.
Katie (33) was married to singer Peter Andre from 2005 to 2009 and cage fighter Alex Reid from 2010 to 2011. More recently she dated Argentinian model Leandro Penna, and admits she finds it easy to fall in love.
“Even if I’m trying to be cool then I’ll either be really shy and I can’t eat in front of them or, I don’t know, go all silly. People think I’m this strong bolshy girl, but I’m so not. I’m gullible, I fall head over heels, but I’d rather be like that than not.”
However, Katie – who has son Harvey (9), from her relationship with Dwight Yorke and son Junior (6), and daughter Princess (4), from her marriage to Pete – also thinks she is “too old” to play games, and likes a guy to be straight with her.
“I don’t like to play games, I can’t be bothered with that, I’m too old for that now. If I’m going to text them and they don’t text back or call back then I’ve got to the point where I don’t want to play games,” she says.
If you’re not interested and you try and play games and make me keen on you and be cool, forget it, I’m not interested. If you like someone go for it, life’s too short.”
