After a career on British TV, spanning three decades, Absolutely Fabulous star Joanna Lumley plans to give up acting and become a full-time environmental campaigner. It will be a far cry from her boozy character Patsy Stone but Joanna feels the time is right. “There are a million actresses better than me – they can do the acting. I want to do something worthwhile,” she says.
