With the help of personal trainer and nutritionist Jake Campus, Jessie has followed a strict personalised meal plan for four years.
Below is a typical day’s eating for Jessie, which she follows “to the gram”.
Breakfast: 35g Special K and a protein shake made with water
Morning tea: 70 grams fat-free ham, 4 corn thins

Lunch: 100g lean meat, small pita pocket
Afternoon tea: protein shake and a piece of fruit
Dinner: 180g lean meat or fish, salad
