Glee star Dot-Marie Jones has married her girlfriend, Bridgett Casteen, in a surprise Christmas wedding.
The longtime partners surprised family and friends by inviting them to a holiday party before telling them they were actually gathered to witness their nuptials, reports People magazine. “Oh happy day!” Bridgett tweeted on the morning of the wedding.
Marie, who plays Coach Shannon Beiste on the comedy series, proposed to Bridgett at Disneyland in October near Sleeping Beauty Castle.
“It’s the happiest day of my life,” the star told The Advocate. “I never thought I’d find somebody that is so loving and kind.”
