A new trailer for upcoming film, The Girl on the Train gives a greater picture of Emily Blunt’s emotional character.
Blunt, who has just welcomed her second daughter with husband Jim Krasinski, plays Emily, a woman who’s post-divorce life is slowly unraveling, before she is caught up in the mysterious disappearance of a woman she believes to be part of the perfect couple.
Based on Paula Hawkins’ best-selling novel, and drawing comparisons to the hit film/book Gone Girl, the film also stars Mom’s Allison Janney, Justin Theroux and Luke Evans.
The Girl on the Train is released in New Zealand on October 6.
