Denise Richards will keep Charlie Sheen’s kids for the rest of year

The boys’ mother, Brooke Mueller, continues to battle her addictions.

US child protection services have recommended that Denise Richards is set to retain custody of Charlie Sheen’s twins, Max and Bob, until the end of the year as the boys’ mother, Brooke Mueller, continues to battle her addictions.

Denise, who has three children of her own, has had custody of the boys since May after Brooke was placed in involuntary psychiatric hold because of a drug overdose.

“Brooke is going to need to demonstrate during that time a commitment to her sobriety and recovery, and not have any dirty drug tests,” a source told Radar Online.

“Denise is thrilled to take care of the twins and hopes to make it permanent. The boys are doing extremely well in her care.”
