Colin Hanks welcomes daughter

Tom Hanks is a grandfather again. Tom’s son Colin Hanks and his wife Samantha Bryant became parents to another daughter this week.

“Charlotte Bryant Hanks has decided to join us,” the Dexter star told People magazine. “She’s as happy and healthy as we are overjoyed and tired.”

The couple are already parents to a daughter Olivia (2) and are likely to spend time with Colin’s famous father this week after the final show of his Broadway play Lucky Guy by the late Nora Ephron.

Colin (35) revealed in the past that Tom is happy to help out with babysitting duty. “They cannot wait to just dote on this kid with every single fiber of their being,” Colin joked about dad and his wife, actress Rita Wilson, after the birth of Olivia.

“My wife and I are more than happy to give them our baby and say, ‘Here, watch her while we take a nap!’”
